Spots stay open until two hours before the class starts, subject to space. Popular evening classes fill earlier than that.

Cancel from your account up to the notice period shown on your booking and the spot is released and refunded automatically.

I am pregnant or recovering from an injury — can I still come?

Yes, but check the "Not suitable if" note on the class and message the trainer first. Several coaches run dedicated prenatal and rehab classes.
